1. LOCAL STUDENTS
a.
Applicants may obtain course information and application form from the Customer Service Executive. Applicants may email any enquiries to sfmsadmin@sfms.edu.sg.
b. On the day of the test, the applicant must bring along 4 passport size photographs, together with originals and photocopies of:
Highest examination certificate
2 years worth of academic transcripts
School leaving certificate/testimonials
Passport or IC of applicant and parents/guardian
Birth certificate
Parent's marriage/divorce certificate
c.
The Entrance test is a 75 minutes computerized test in which components of English Language and Mathematics would be tested. This is compulsory for all applicants of SFMS. An administrative of S$155 would be charged for the test. The result of the entrance test can be known immediately. An interview with the Academic Registrar would be arranged thereafter. The Academic Registrar would be arranged thereafter. The Academic Registrar will ascertain the appropriate level of coursework for the applicant. The entire duration of the entrance test and interview is approximately 3 hours.
d. When the offer of acceptance is given and accepted by the applicant, Application and Administration Fees of S$2,140 will be required.
e. The School adheres to the guidelines prescribed by CaseTrust with respect to a Student Contract being signed between each student and the School.
f. The balance of the school fees needs to be paid before the student commences the course.
2. FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS
(on social visit pass)
a.
Students may obtain
course information
from the Customer
Service Executive. Applicants may email any enquiries to sfmsadmin@sfms.edu.sg or call 6760 0889 to seek any clarifications.
b. On the day of the test, the student must bring along 4 passport-size photographs, together with originals and photocopies of:
Highest examination certificate
2 years worth of academic transcripts
School leaving certificate/testimonials
Passport or IC of applicant and parents/guardian
Birth certificate
Parent's marriage/divorce certificate
*The documents must be translated and authenticated by a Public Notary.

and furnish necessary
documentsto complete the rest of the admission application(photocopies):
2 copies of Form 16, V36, V39S, S1 (forms can be downloaded from www.ica.gov.sg)
2 recent passport-size photographs of applicant
Applicant's travel document pages showing his/her full particulars and travel document's date of expiry
Documentary proof or financial ability in the form of bank statements/fixed deposit accounts/savings account is needed.
Household certificate

g.
With the SQC for
PEO status, overseas
students enjoy "Green
Lane" processing
of student pass
applications. This
includes reduced
processing time
from 4 to 2 weeks
and waiver of security
deposits with Immigration.
Student passes are
valid for the full
duration of the
student's study
period.
h. The balance of the school fees has to be paid before the applicant commences the course.
FOR OVERSEAS APPLICANTS
(applying from Home Country)
a. Contact School Representative in respective countries or contact SFMS directly.
b. The Representative will
provide course information
and academic counselling
to prospective students
and parents.
c. The Representative will check whether students meet the admission requirements and fax copies of Birth Certificate/passport and results obtained over the past two years to SFMS.
d. Once entry requirements are met, SFMS will issue a conditional offer and a Performa Invoice if
necessary.
e. When the offer of acceptance is given and accepted by the student, Application and Administration Fees of S$2,140 will be required.
f. The School adheres to the guidelines prescribed by CaseTrust with respect to a Student Contract being signed between each student and the School.
g.
The School applies
for a Student Pass
while the student
is still in the
home country.
h. The applicant has to fill up ICA forms and furnish necessary documents (photocopies):
i. 2 copies of Form 16, V36, V39S, S1 (forms can be downloaded from www.ica.gov.sg)
ii. 4 recent passport-size photographs of applicant
iii. Applicant's travel document pages showing his/her full particulars and travel document's date of expiry
iv. Applicant's Birth certificate
v. Applicant's highest Educational certificates and transcripts
vi. Documentary proof or financial ability in the form of bank statements/fixed deposit accounts/savings account is needed
i. With the SQC for PEO status, overseas students enjoy "Green Lane" processing of student pass applications. This includes reduced processing time from 4 to 2 weeks, waiver of security deposits with Immigration and student passes are valid for the full duration of the students' study period.

Upon approval of
student pass and
with the letter
from SFMS, the student
may visit Singapore.
For visa-required
countries, a visa
will be sent to
the student before
he/she departs for
Singapore.
