The Counseling is geared to providing support to the wellbeing of each student enrolled in St. Francis Methodist, so that each student's potential can be developed in a safe and caring environment.

At every level, provision has been provided for the student to receive assistance, be it for an academic need or a personal need. The Care teachers can assist the students to seek help from their respective Heads of Departments or the School Registrar for issues dealing with their school subjects or planning their future pathways. For their personal needs, students are free to share with their respective Care teachers or present their problems to their Care Coordinator or approach the School Counselor directly. Cases can also be directed to the School Counselor by the teachers.

Personal Counseling looks into the development of a student's emotional and social skills. A student's emotional needs will affect their social integration and academic performance. In General Counseling, students will be encouraged to express themselves tactfully. They may be taught how to express themselves creatively, through the use of language and role-play or the use of art therapy. Each student will be encouraged to develop internal control and learn to work collaboratively with different social, cultural and religious groups that make up the community of St. Francis Methodist.
