a) Applicant may obtain course information and application forms the Customer Service Officer. Applicant may email any enquiries to sfmsadmin@sfms.edu.sg .
b) On the day of the entrance test, the applicant must bring along 4 passport sized photographs (white background), together with the originals and photocopies of:
• 4 passport sized photographs ( white background)
• Birth certificate of candidate
• Passports of parents
• Marriage/ divorce certificate of parents
• Highest educational certificate
• 2 years worth of educational transcripts
c) The entrance test is a 75 minutes computerized test. It would test the applicant's abilities in Mathematics and English. In addition, we will also require the applicant to do a personality and learning style diagnostic test. This will allow our Admission Registrar to better assess how we can better place our applicant that would suit his academic needs and if he is suitable for our school environment. A subsequent interview will follow after the completion of the entrance test. This entire process will take approximately 3 hours to be completed.
There is an administrative charge of SGD321 for the entrance test.
d) When the offer letter and quotation are released, a minimum payment is required to secure permanent placement.
e) The School adheres to the guidelines prescribed by CaseTrust with respect to a Student Contract being signed between each student and the School.
f) The balance of the school fees needs to be paid before the student commences the course.
Additional notes to foreign students
• The documents must be translated and authenticated by a Public Notary.
• Please ensure the following documents are in place
1) Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statement/ fixed deposit account/saving account is needed for countries require a visit to enter Singapore.
2) Applicant’s travel document pages showing his / her full particulars and travel document’s date of expiry
3) Household certificate
