a. Airport Pickup
Overseas students who need airport pickup service can seek assistance at the General Office.

b. Insurance
All students are covered for personal accident insurance. All overseas students will have an additional coverage for hospitalization & surgery.

c. Uniform
The school uniform was redefined with the input of our students in 2005 to reflect the image of SFMS as an international and globalized school, reaching out to students from Singapore and the Pan-Asia region.

d. Official Student Notifications
All official correspondence / notices will be sent to students via their official email address or postal address stated in their enrolment forms.

e. Change of Student Particulars
Students must notify the school in writing of any changes to their personal particulars and addresses. A penalty fee of S$100 and prevailing GST will be imposed if changes of a student’s particulars, especially residential addresses have not been given to the General Office within two weeks of change.

f. Change of Subjects
Changes of subjects can only be made within four weeks from commencement of study. Any request for change must be made in writing and permission must be sought from the Division Heads or Academic Registrar before they are granted. Students will have to fill up the Change of Subjects (COS) Form at the General Office together with the letter from their parents and/or guardians to activate the change officially.

g. Confidentiality of data
All information received and shared in this application form will be treated as private and confidential and any dissemination, distribution or duplication of such information, unless required by law or other statutory regulations is strictly prohibited and is the sole property of St. Francis Methodist School.
