St. Francis Methodist School offers a wide variety of world-recognized Secondary and Pre-University academic programmes, including the Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Levels, London IGCSE ‘O’ Level and the Australian Matriculation Program from Year 9 to 12. We also collaborate with universities in the United Kingdom and Australia to offer the BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business, a university-bridging course which allows able students to fast-track their academic path.

1. DEPUTY PRINCIPAL
The Deputy Principal is responsible for:
- The educational and administrative management of the School in association with the Principal
- The provision of effective care and education of the students through facilitation of their academic, social, spiritual and personal development within the resource and funding constraints of the School
- The improvement of academic and social outcomes for students
- Being an active participant in the planning and implementation of the School’s Strategic Plan (2012-2015) and the developmental process of the School’s future
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide School leadership and Contribution to the Development of the School as a Vibrant Community
- Supports the principal in the Vision and Mission of the School
- Contributing to the School’s culture and ethos through the promotion of Christian values
Strategic Planning and Effective Administration
- Plans and guides the implementation of School-based programme and monitor the effectiveness of these programmes
- Implement, oversee and monitor the School’s action plans across various academic/ subject departments
- Responsible for the time-tabling of classes and the work allocation of academic staffEnsure that the School attendance records are correctly kept and maintained
- Coordinate and delegate the analysis of academic results to enhance and improve individual and school-wide student performance
- Assist in the selection of new academic staff to the School
- Provide appropriate liaison between the Principal, staff and parents
Development and Management of Academic Staff
- Work with Academic & Division Heads on feedback and performance of teachers
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of Academic & Division Heads
- To offer advice and support to Academic Heads & Division Heads
- In-charge of the Visual and Performing Arts and Physical/ Health Education programme-
- Coordinate the induction programme of new teachers to the School
Management of Students
- To be the Pastoral Care Coordinator, taking an active role in the implementation of an effective Pastoral Care policy
- Establishing and maintaining effective communications with students and parents/ guardians e.g. through meet-the- parents sessions, orientations etc
- Responsible for students’ discipline and students’ appeals
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
You will be the first point of contact and coordinator for the company. You must be highly organised and have a high attention to detail. It is essential for you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to relate with customers and staff developing impressionable relationships.
To be successful in this role you must be well presented and possess reception administration experience. You will be confident with a vibrant personality and strong work ethic so as to provide a welcoming and professional environment to visitors. Mandarin is essential for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To handle and direct incoming calls and messages
- To perform reception duties (manage office mails and courier services)
- To process agents’ and referral commissions
- Assist in the preparation of agents’ contracts
- Handle the logistics of school visits and short-term holiday programmes
- Undertake projects/ duties as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O “Level equivalent and above
- Min. 2 years of working experience
- A team player with strong customer focus and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good administrative and organization skills
- Working experience in the education industry is preferred

3. ENROLMENT & STUDENT SERVICES OFFICER
Ensuring quality and customer-oriented services to our students at all time. Handle the day-to-day students’ requests, course administration and operation matters. Provide assistance in ways deem necessary for the efficient and effective functioning of the student administration department as a whole.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy in the preparation of the PEI-Student Contracts
- Making appointments to students/ parents/ guardians on the signing of the contracts
- Providing quality service to customers (students/ guardians/ parents) in the areas of
admission/ enrolment documents (such as on the explanation of the student contracts)
- Plan logistics for courses activities before each new semester – e.g. anticipated class list and
re-enrolment
- Re-issue re-enrolment packages for existing students
- Assist in students’ subject registration, withdrawal and deferment
- Handle other student related services, such as on student pass applications and cancellations
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma equivalent and above
- Min. 2 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good administrative and organization skills
- A team player with strong customer focus and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Working experience with a private education institute is preferred
- Familiar with EduTrust and Singapore Immigration requirements is preferred
- Undertake projects/ duties as and when assigned from time to time

4. PROGRAMMES AND ADMISSIONS OFFICER/ EXECUTIVE
Ensuring quality and customer-oriented services to our students at all time. Handle the day-to-day students’ requests, courses counselling and admission matters. Provide assistance in ways deem necessary for the efficient and effective functioning of the student admissions department as a whole.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion of a portfolio of programmes
- Responsible for administrating students’ admission and programmes administration
- To introduce course information and admission information to students;
- Attend to walk-in / call-in/ email enquiries regarding courses and admission matters
- To conduct cold / follow-up calling to prospective students for registration of programmes
- To participate in student recruitment activities
- Course consultation to potential students & parents by understanding their interest and recommend the suitable programme to them
- Administer and follow up with students' enrollment and ensure timely tuition fees payment
- Co-ordinate and liaise with education agents for students’ recruitment and admissions purposes
- Ensure proper management of enquiry database and students’ database
- Maintain student's records and generate student contracts
- Enrolment targets will be assigned
- Achieve sign-up rate expectations set by management and generate ideas for more sales
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma equivalent and above
- Min. 2 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good administrative and organization skills
- A team player with strong customer focus and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Working experience with a private education institute is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
