Shirley Ho is currently teaching Art in St Francis Methodist School to students at the Secondary 4 and Pre-University levels. She holds a Fine Art Degree from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT), majoring in Painting with explorations in mixed media and installation.

She has many years of art-teaching experience, including conducting art enrichment workshops in various primary/ secondary schools and at The Esplanade, and private home art sessions for children, youths and adults. She has also participated in several art exhibitions and competitions, namely: "E'yd" Art Exhibition at Substation Gallery; "Heart, Soul And Mind" art Exhibition at Wetterling Teo Art Gallery; The Della Butcher Award by Rotary Club Orchard, Singapore; SWATCH Street Painting Event at Raffles City Atrium… etc; and won the Certificate of Distinction Award and Highly Commended Award in the UOB 11th and 14th Painting of the Year" Art Competitions respectively.

Her other artistic involvements include: commissioned mural painting projects for schools and The Changi Beach Club, stage-designs, screen-effects operation in student theatre production by The Theatre Practice, and judging for children art competitions.
