The
Singapore-Cambridge
General Certificate
of Education (GCE
‘A’ Level) has been
from time immemorial,
the culmination
of Secondary education
and a gateway to
tertiary education.
It is internationally
recognized and serves
as an entry requirement
for Degree and Professional
courses worldwide.
Students enrolled
in this programme
have a distinct
advantage as they
will acquire a strong
academic foundation
that enables them
to fit into the
first year of a
Degree programme.
This two-year programme
is designed to equip
‘A’ Level students
with a comprehensive
set of skills that
will enhance their
future studies and
target students
for middle management
career positions.
The
‘A’ Level Programme
focuses on:
1. Ensuring the
acquisition of knowledge
on the chosen subjects,
with constant emphasis
on information that
is relevant to the
student’s career
development, providing
a strong foundation
on which to pursue
their tertiary education.
2. Enhancing written
and spoken English
Language as an international
language for communication.

Advantages
of our Programme
Diversity

a wide range of
subjects to suit
each student’s academic
preference. The
subjects are diverse in order to cater to all career prospects.
Structure
Each subject is
well-structured
to provide the strong
foundation necessary
for students to
pursue a tertiary
education. Teachers
are able to cover
the syllabus comprehensively

study techniques
or improving language
skills.
Small
class size

of up to 1:20. This
allows for optimum
student-teacher
interaction and
more personalised
attention for the
students.
Tradition
Our teaching staff
is of both local
and international
pedigree. They are
motivated, creative
and personal and
they provide our
students with an
enriching learning
experience in a
vibrant and multi-cultural
environment.
Facilities
Our well-equipped,
state-of-the-art
laboratory facilities
will provide students
with sufficient
exposure to enhance
their experimental
skills. We believe
with our commitment
and the benefits
offered by the Programme,
we will be able
to deliver the quality
required for our
students to have
the edge in the
competitive global
market.
Performing
Arts
Another unique feature
in St. Francis is
our Performing Arts

to create and sustain
a vibrant arts culture.
Through it, students
find and develop
their own identities,
and constantly learn
new skills which
help cultivate a
positive spirit
of experimentation.
