Learning Beyond the School Walls - Geography Field Work

On 19 September 2023, some of our Year 10 and Year 11 St Francians went to Bugis Village to conduct their fieldwork investigation on the topic of tourism, as part of their study of Geography.

At St Francis Methodist School, we focus on both learning within the classrooms as well as learning beyond the school walls. With fieldwork as part of our curriculum, our students have the opportunities to reinforce classroom-based learning and increase their knowledge and subject understanding.

We hope that our students had a fruitful learning experience and enjoyed their fieldwork investigation!
