Excursion @ Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve
On 2nd March 2023, our Year 5 St Francians went on their first long-awaited excursion of the year to the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve as part of their Global Perspectives class to learn about the importance of wetlands and their role in sustaining life on our planet. Both our teachers and students had an enjoyable and unforgettable experience with the nature and wildlife. They had many opportunities to observe the wildlife up close in their natural habitat and also captured many pictures and videos. The rain and humid environment of the mangrove swamp did not dampen their high spirits. Check out some interesting animals that they saw!
